I’ve never been a big “New Year's Resolutions” fan. Those seem to rely pretty heavily on motivation, which just isn’t enough to get you through the first week of the year, forget about all the long weeks and months.

Especially with a year as long as this one.

And if you have more you want to change than just exercise more or drink more water, if you want more of a full-life overhaul, it’s hard to know where to start.
